Caregiver Self-Care Classes

Wednesday, November 20, 2019 - 9:00 am - Noon | 1:00 - 4:00 pm

Classes will include lecture, small group discussion, and time for personal planning. Each Caregiver will also receive a workbook to take home. Lunch provided.

Taking Care of Yourself: 9:00 a.m. - Noon

What you will learn:

  • Protecting and Improving Your Physical Health
  • Protecting and Improving Your Emotional Health
  • How to Create a Personal Action Plan for Taking Care of Yourself

Managing Stress: 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

What you will learn:

  • Identify the Sources of Stress
  • Change Negative Self-Talk to Postive
  • Stress Management Skills
