The Caregiver Resource Network (CRN) is a collaboration of West Michigan organizations dedicated to providing for the needs and welfare of family and professional caregivers within the community that will improve the quality of life for caregivers and their care recipients. The CRN is facilitated by Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan, which administers Title IIIE Older Americans Act National Family Caregiver Support Program.

Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan (AAAWM) is part of a nation-wide network to help older adults and their caregivers. AAAWM serves nine counties in Michigan (Allegan, Ionia, Kent, Lake, Mason, Mecosta, Montcalm, Newaygo and Osceola) and provides a number of services to help older adults remain in their homes. AAAWM's mission is to provide older persons and persons with a disability an array of services designed to promote independence and dignity in their homes and their communities.
